Populous ! Invoice factoring on Blockchain

As per the auction details provided, looks like the invoice is worth of 199,584 £ and is for starting price at 190003 with the return of 4.80% when the invoice is being closed. If I understood correctly, looks you will get back around 9584£ within 14 days once the invoice amount is paid back. Thats really huge amound of return for 14 days period.
