Defeating Enemy

To invade the enemy territory is the chief aim or the chief duty of a national military strength. The nation which maintain armed forces just strong enough for the purpose of defence and doesn't build it up so as to capable to undertake an invasion and consider it improper to do so is either basically coward at heart or is labouring under a self derogatory delusion.
The rising of robber aginest the rightful owner can be called mutinous, not the taking up of arm by the rightful owner to chastise the rebellious freebooters!
The insurgents are the Muslims not the hindus! In order to punish them severly invade tham from all sides all at once!
