A MINDFULL - POEM
A MINDFULL
Trapped inside,
They never come out.
A million thoughts,
All popping at once.
A chaos I would say,
To my dismay.
Where the weakest fighter,
Never gets it's turn.
Filled in me are,
Fear, anxiety, happiness and sorrow.
To which I never understood,
Why all at once.
A chaotic mind,
Like mine.
