Tasty bread
A homemade bread that many of you may not know. And yet, I won’t hide the fact that it’s even better than the baguette from the bakery.
It’s simply made with semolina, baker’s yeast, and water… nothing more.
It is cooked in a kind of pan, which gives it a unique texture and an authentic taste. Enjoyed hot, it goes perfectly with all kinds of dishes. But for me, the best way to eat it is while it’s still warm, dipped in good olive oil: a real delight!
