(Tutorial) how to adjust display's color temperature on Linux Mint

Tested on Linux Mint 18.3 Sylvia Xfce 64-bit

1. Install RedShift from Software Center
2. Create file ~/.config/redshift.conf (A file named "redshift.conf in folder named .config in root directory)
3. Copy Paste the following code:

; Global settings for redshift

; Enable/Disable a smooth transition between day and night
; 0 will cause a direct change from day to night screen temperature.
; 1 will gradually increase or decrease the screen temperature.

The setting above will give you a red shade regardless both in day & night, you may adjust the temp-day to something you like.
