どら焼き用のあんこをもらった話
いつもの差し入れ、どら焼きです。
今回は友人からあんこをいただき、
中身にバリエーションがあります。
小倉あん
カボチャ🎃あん
栗🌰あん
中でも栗🌰がおいしい♫
ベースはサツマイモの餡に
栗のツブツブが混じっています。
甘さ控え目でおいしい。
足が写り込んでいます（笑）
小分けにして冷凍しておき
しょっちゅうどら焼きを作ります。
あんこを焚くのも楽しいんですが
たまにはこういうのもいい。
明日も人に会うからどら焼きを作ろうっと。
