Head in the Clouds - Undull your Existence

You blink and another day has come and gone yet the circumstances of your life have only budged. Different dishes in the sink, more trash in the kitchen bin and a floor that you should probably vacuum one of these days when you have the time and motivation.

That's life and it's not much different no matter whose door you're looking into. Today held no promise of changing your life. Yesterday is a fog of what's already come to pass. Unless, we ramp up our day to day existence we're bound to remain in the comfort of our bubble for eternity (or until we're forced out).

Hi, I'm Mary...Nice to meet you. It's a simple statement like this (in real life) that can change your today and tomorrow so as not to be so routine and mundane.

It's only Monday, I challenge you to step out of your comfort zone before Friday... Keep trying something different until you get that exasperation of being alive. And then keep that moment (that feeling) with you for the days to follow. Notice as it washes over you and into the things you do and how that energy transfers into others.
