Vanilla Latte

How are you all? I hope you are all well because I am too. Meet me again, I will tell you my story about my journey to find and visit good cafes or restaurants with delicious food and coffee.

This time I came to a cafe called Lafabrica Coffee. This is a nice cafe, a cafe that has been open for quite a while, and already has several branches in the city of Medan. The cafe is beautiful and comfortable. It has a simple but comfortable interior.

For the menu choices here are quite a lot, they have a menu of food, snacks, desserts and various choices of drinks. This time I will discuss about the drink menu only, there are various choices of drinks.

For the coffee menu is divided into two parts, Cafe Selection and Signature, if in the cafe selection there are various choices of coffee that are similar to those in other cafes, but in the signature section of course this is a variety of menus that can be found and are typical of this cafe, although there are still some coffees that are similar to other cafes, but here there is a berry americano and peach americano menu, this is the first time I have found coffee mixed with this ingredient. Looks interesting but unfortunately I am not in the mood to drink an americano.

Then there are also sweet drinks and smoothies, drinks with various tea-based ingredients and also ice cream.

Vanilla Latte

And this time I ordered a Vanilla Latte, actually I wanted to order a palm sugar milk coffee (Palm Sugar Latte) or here it is made with the name Lafa Coffee. But unfortunately the menu was sold out, and I asked the barista what drink was similar to the taste I wanted, and they suggested ordering a Vanilla Latte.

And this is delicious, a simple, delicious coffee flavor. A blend of bitter, sweet, and creamy flavors. They use Robusta coffee, so the acidity is lighter, and they use good, delicious coffee. Especially when combined with sweet, creamy milk and delicious vanilla syrup.

This coffee is delicious, a taste I love. It's not too strong, making it easier on the stomach. I love it.
