Epic Windsurfing Day With A 4.5 Sail (Baaam!) - Yes, Size Matters After All

Girl you need a bigger rig and a smaller board πŸ˜‰ you'll be flying in no-time if you keep working like this. - dboontjeHive account@dboontje commented on my last windsurfing video.

Flying? How do you know that's what I want? - I replied.

To be honest, I'm really not sure if flying is my purpose here. Even though adrenaline sports are totally my thing, I still appreciate having a certain control over what's happening.

Today I noticed that you can get damn fast if you're in the right position on the board, sailing with a big sail and being hooked on with the harness.

Yes, it really seems as if size mattered after all. I hadn't been totally sure about that so far...πŸ˜‚ 😁hehe

Now I recommend you to watch the video until the very end, you gonna like the last scene.

Talking about size: I filmed the video with my new GoPro Hero 7 Black, using a 2.7K resolution and 30 frames per second.

The quality of the footage is pretty impressive.

Yet I had to recognize that my working station is actually not prepared to render such big files. So in the end I had to downsize the video to a 720p resolution, which is very sad considering how much quality you lose on the way.

However, I guess many of you will appreciate the fact that dowloading the video didn't take you forever πŸ™‚πŸ˜ƒ

Now I wish you a fantastic start into the week, too. Go out and have some fun!

Much love,
Marley -
