Splinterland Weekly Challenge - Efreet Elder

Hello, there this is my first time sharing Splinterland Challenge. The new rental system offered great opportunity to rent some great cards and now, I can play in much more higher leagues then I used to play. So, my Interest in the Game has skyrocketed.

I had to rent Efreet Elder as I didn't had one to play this challenge. From my first challenge, I realized that participating on such challenge can provide some great insight and can rapidly improve your game. I was completely unaware that this card doubles it's attack and and increases its health, if it remains the last one standing in the Battle.

Line Up for the Game

I took Marlic Inferno as a summoner as it increases mele attack by plus one. My first monster is Living Lava at the Front as it has 3 attacks with six Health and two shields. My second and third monsters were Kobold Miner and Serpentine Sky as Both have mele attack and which further increases with the help of summoner I took. My Fourth Monster is Furious chicken which will take that one strong punch for the team and Finally my last card was Efreet Elder who will enter the battle with increased damage and health.

Did my strategy work?

Luckily, my strategy worked in the Game. As soon as every other cards died, Efreet Elder entered the game with its increased stats. The best part was that enemy's last card was ranged attack so, it stopped attacking when it was the only card remained whereas Elder uses magic so, it was really helpful. As, I love to play magic attack cards, I can clearly see myself using Efreet Elder again in my upcoing games with Higher Mana requirement.

Do I like the EFREET ELDER? Why or why not?

Yes, I liked playing with Efreet Elder, that offers increased stats at last, as it cost 6 mana I think it is reasonable to use it in higher mana requirement battles. Further, If you use summoner who increases magic attack by one then, Elder becomes even more powerful with 3 magic attack at last. I will surely use the card in my upcoming game with summoner like Delwyn Dragonscale.
