Your Core Reality: Experience the Untouched Turiya

Think of your life as a movie playing on a screen.

• Waking State (Jagrat): The vibrant, action-packed film.
• Dream State (Svapna): The surreal, imaginative sequel.
• Deep Sleep (Sushupti): The blank, dark screen between features, or when the projector is off, but the screen itself is still there.

But what is the screen itself? And what is the Light that illuminates it, whether a movie is playing or not? That, my friends, is Turiya – your ultimate, unchanging reality.

Turiya is not an experience within the movie or the darkness. It is the pure, unconditioned awareness that witnesses all. It doesn't get stained by the drama of waking, confused by the scenes of dreams, or extinguished by the 'darkness' of deep sleep. It simply IS.

In Vedanta, this Turiya is your true Atman, identical with the boundless Brahman. It is pure existence (Sat), pure consciousness (Chit), and pure bliss (Ananda). It's the One Consciousness that is never born and never dies, transcending all states and forms.

Action for Realization: Take a moment, right now. Close your eyes. Drop all thoughts, all feelings, all sensations. What remains? That pure, luminous 'I Am' presence, untouched and whole – that is Turiya. Spend a few minutes each day simply resting in that pure awareness.
