Hello, my lovely friends.

Today is a bright and exciting Monday. Before we start work at the restaurant, I get up and do the most important task of the day: preparing a delicious breakfast for my daughter and mother.
I'm especially excited today because I'm trying out a new dish for the first time. It looks so delicious, but I still don't know what it's called. This dish is shrimp cream soup, also known as cream of shrimp soup. It's a rich, flavorful, and nutritious dish that's perfect for the whole family, especially my growing daughter and mom who wants something easily digestible and healthy.

Ingredients and Mixtures

  • 80 grams of cream soup powder
  • 1 liter of water
    If you don't have a scale, you can use about 7 heaped tablespoons of cream soup powder per 1 liter of water.
  • 4-5 fresh shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Chopped cilantro or parsley, to garnish

I would like to share the recipe and detailed instructions so that everyone can try it out.

ΰΈ΄ΰΈ΄## How to make it:

  • Heat a skillet or pot over medium heat and add the butter or oil. Once the butter or oil melts, add the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
  • Add the cream powder and stir-fry until combined with the butter (about 1 minute).
  • Gradually pour in the stock, stirring to dissolve the flour and prevent lumps.
  • Add the mixed vegetables and shrimp to the pot and simmer until the shrimp are cooked through and the vegetables are tender. Stir to combine. Season with a little salt and pepper.
  • Continue to simmer for a few minutes until the soup is thickened to your liking (if you like your soup thicker, you can add a little more flour).
  • Ladle into bowls and garnish with chopped cilantro or parsley.

Ready to serve!
After making it, I ladled this soup out for my daughter to enjoy before school. She ate it with relish and said she really enjoyed it. I was so happy to see my daughter enjoying her meal.

Then, I brought this bowl of soup to feed my mother, along with a glass of warm milk. My mother is a strong woman who has taught me many things in life. I am proud to take care of her as best I can. Even though my mother's two daughters are not there to care for her, I never regret doing this job because caring for the elders we respect and love is the most precious thing.
After feeding her, today I volunteered to bathe my mother. Normally, my husband helps with the two of us every morning, but today, my husband was busy getting fish for a customer. But today, I was the only one who could do it. It was both tiring and joyful at the same time.
Performing these duties may seem trivial, but to me, they are the greatest responsibilities a woman can perform. It's not just about taking care of her family, but also about filling each other with love and happiness every day. βœŒοΈβ€οΈπŸ™πŸ’“
