"Demigod" (original sketch on a craft paper)
Hi guys, how are you?
RuslanKorosArt here!
I never went to art school, although I was thinking of becoming an architect. And I have no practice drawing plaster voices in order to practice reflexes and shadows. But I adore portraits, which means I need to learn how to draw portraits of statues. Agree, the volumes are transferred well.
I decided to call this sketch a Demigod. There is something great about drawing antique figures. Probably because they were obsessed with the cult of the body - their faces are grotesque. Here is my Demigod, radiating power.
As in the last posts, I used graphite and chalk. Amaizing materials!
Faces conceived in the head are easily transferred to paper.
I hope you like it, here's another photo
I will no doubt continue to practice, improving my techniques. I hope I managed to convey feelings through paper to you, friends!
Thanks for your attention, friends!
