World Famous Claxton Fruit Cake

Let me start by saying I have not tried fruitcake in many, many years. In fact I can't remember the last time I tried it. I don't honestly know if I like it or not either, I mean, it's one of those polarizing foods that some love and some hate and there seems to be no middle ground xD

I just bought one, and I think it's a good one. At least, it's made by an old company from Claxton, GA so I would think it's legit.

We have a regional bakery in the northwest US called Franz, and in my little town there is a Franz outlet store that I love!

Well, every year I see this fruitcake on a little display next to the register and today I grabbed one.

I have not tried it yet, one thing it says on the label is "serve chilled", so I'm going to pop it in the fridge and try it tomorrow.
