Star Ocean The Divine Force Review (PC)
New Entry to the Star Ocean Saga
It's finally here my PC version review of Star Ocean Divine Force (Spoilers are marked below). Now I was hoping to review this during the launch week, but as some of my fans already know, I'm kinda slow at playing games through that I'm not absolutely mesmerized with.
0:00 Intro
0:44 Premise of the Game
2:10 Gameplay
11:57 Optimization and UX
14:15 Audio & Sound
16:32 Story Review (SPOILERS)
When it comes to whether I recommend people to buy this or not, it heavily rests on the shoulders of is combat everything or the story? I think it's a fun game to play from a combat perspective, but it has no merit as a storytelling experience. Probably the best experience can be had to play this game on PC since it has controller support. It's a good bang for the buck, but it might end up coming on discount within the next 12 months.

On a normal transport mission, Raymond Lawrence’s spaceship is attacked by the Pangalactic Federation and he crash lands on an underdeveloped planet. There he meets Princess Laeticia, who is fighting to protect her homeland from an invading forces. Together, they set off on an adventure that has massive impact on the world.
