Abolish ICE

East Bay organized an Abolish ICE! event at the US Citizenship and Immigration Services building in San Francisco. Over 200 people showed up including various speakers and musicians along with representatives and members of organizations in the Bay Area. Demonstrators surrounded over half of the building which takes up an entire city block, linked arms, wielding banners calling for the abolishment of ICE. There were chants and songs also calling to keep families together and, again, to abolish ICE. At the end of the action the building was occupied by demonstrators calling for justice and the end to families being ripped apart by current immigration policies.
