Fried Noodles
It is not as easy. It has been more than a year I am on Hive. Responsibities and other priorities on life took precedence. I am glad that I find 
I am sharing with you all my fried noodles that I prepared for dinner today. Tofus are the best ingredients If I am not using chicekn or other meat items. Fried tofus look like meat and are high on protein. I can have them all the time. Mix green vegetables and put spices are per your need- it turned out really well. Now on to the next dish for tomorrow's dinner.
