Last night I dreamed that I had reached my ideal weight and now I did not want to go down, rather I wanted to eat and eat more, to overcome the ideal weight and then I start to reduce the intake can do it little by little without affecting both the routine, and also wanted to return to eat all the sweet that I can not ingest now, I wanted to basically make a mess, and how I would do it, it would not be easy, I would have to wake up in the early mornings to rummage through the fridge and see what I could find to eat and so eat more than I needed, and increase faster, the year was coming to an end and it had cost me a lot.

At the beginning I made that change, eating at night without feeling hungry. But it helped me a lot, the problem was that I had already overcome the weight and I had to do it, take a dry brake, but now I was hungry at that time, so one day when I went downstairs and turned on the light I realized that there was a lion in the kitchen, I turned it off and on again and it was still there, it was not a dream, it was real, and when it turned to look at me I woke up from that nightmare. Now that I am awake I realize that I didn't have that weight either, but I am fighting for it.

Anoche soñé que había llegado a mi peso ideal y que ahora no quería bajar, más bien quería comer y comer más, para superar el peso ideal y luego que comience a reducir la ingesta poder hacerlo poco a poco sin afectar tanto la rutina, y también quería volver a comer todo el dulce que no puedo ingerir ahora, quería hacer desastre básicamente, y como lo haría, no sería fácil, tendría que despertarme por las madrugadas a hurgar la nevera y ver que encontraba para comer y así comer más de lo necesario, y aumento más rápido, ya se acababa el año y me había costado mucho.

Al principio hice ese cambio, comer en la noche sin necesidad de sentir hambre. Pero me ayudó mucho, el problema era que ya había superado el peso y debía hacerlo, tomar un freno en seco, pero ahora me daba hambre en ese momento, por lo que un día de eso al bajar y prender la luz me di cuenta que había un león en la cocina, la volví a apagar y encender y seguía ahí, no era un sueño era real, y cuando se volteó a mirarme me desperté de esa pesadilla. Ahora que estoy despierto me doy cuenta que ese peso tampoco lo tenía, pero estoy luchando por ello.
