It’s pancake 🥞 day everyone and why not heart shaped for Valentine’s Day tomr
1 c flour
1 egg
1and 1/2 tsp baking powder
Tablespoon oil
Cup milk
Tablespoon sugar (optional)
Combine all the ingredients till there is no lumps leave it to stand for 5 min while the stove plate heats up
In Medium hot pan pour a small scoop of batter. Leave it till u see bubbles start to form them flip ur pancake
Cook till golden
Enjoy hot!!
Optional use a heart shaped cookie cutter ❤️
Serve with whip cream and syrup for a real treat!
