organization handoff notice

This is an official notice that I have handed off control over @postplaygames and all associated content to new management.

I'll be handing off other organizations soon as well, and will make official posts here to note them as they occur.

I'm thankful they have a new home, and I know they are in the best of hands with one of the original cofounders, @chimp.ceo.
