La rosa que no regalé

Ayer fue un día triste para mi. Fui a visitar a mi hija porque estuvo enferma en la madrugada, al llegar me recibió con mucha alegría y vi a mi ex esposa, sigue tan bella como antes.
Como sabía que iba a verla le iba a regalar una rosa pero finalmente no me decidí y ahí se quedé en el borde de la escalera de mi casa.
Por la tarde cuando llegué vi la rosa donde la había dejado y encima de la mesa las piedras de la foto. Son piedras de cobre que recogimos juntos del Santuario de la Virgen del Cobre, las otras son piedras de cuarzo que recogimos en un río en las lomas de Topes de Collantes.

The rose I didn't give

Yesterday was a sad day for me. I went to visit my daughter because she was ill in the early morning, when I arrived she welcomed me with great joy and I saw my ex-wife, she is still as beautiful as before.
As I knew that I was going to see her I was going to give her a rose but in the end I didn't decide and there it was on the edge of the stairs of my house.
In the afternoon when I arrived I saw the rose where I had left it and the stones from the photo on the table. They are copper stones that we collected together from the Sanctuary of the Virgen del Cobre, the others are quartz stones that we collected in a river in the hills of Topes de Collantes.
