What Role does your Doctor play in Biohacking?
A biohacking practice is not complete without regular guidance from a physician! However, in my opinion, a doctor should not have complete control over your health-related goals. Biohacking is about taking control and optimizing your own physical and mental well being, and a Doctor is someone you hire in order to assist you with your vision!
Establishing a partnership with your Doctor will allow you to easily order and interpret blood tests and work with you to try prescription-only smart drugs. Really, doctors are an integral part of a complete biohacking practice and we should all be hiring them!
