I dare everyone to not eat any food that contains any soy for 2 weeks. Try this simple experiment for 2 weeks. See how you feel by day 15. I bet you will have more energy, less joint, back, and head pain, and you will more than likely loose 5 to 10 pounds. What else? Your brain will be smarter as well. I dare you.
