Preparando dulce de cereza 🍒.//Preparing cherry jam 🍒.(Esp-Eng)
Hola bienvenid@s a un nuevo Blog.
Hello, welcome to a new blog.
Helloooo dear friends of Hive Food, today I want to show you how I made a cherry sweet, and with only two ingredients so you can have a sweet option to accompany your snack, let's get to the preparation.
(Ingredientes 🍒:)||(Materials:)
- 400 gramos de cerezas
- 250 gramos de azúcar
- 400 grams of cherries
- 250 grams of sugar
(Procedimiento:)||(Procedure:)
Paso nro 1
Paso nro 1
To start, I cleaned and removed the pit that the cherries have. The cherries I'm going to use are green and some are already ripe. These cherries have seeds that are different from other cherries, which makes them difficult to eat freely because you only have to appreciate the part of the fruit and then discard the seed. However, their flavor is incredible. You have to try it and make it.
Paso nro 2
Paso nro 2
After washing the cherries, I placed them in a pot with a little water, so that they could cook a little.
Paso nro 3

Then I added the sugar and let it mix until it thickened. As the sugar melted, the cherries also changed color; they went from green to yellow, and as they cooked more, they turned orange.
Paso nro 4
Paso nro 4
After cooking for a while, the sweet was already a different color and thicker. I let it cook over low heat because it burns, and I kept stirring constantly to prevent it from burning.
(Resultado final:)||(Bottom line:)
After the dessert was ready, I let it sit and then, once it's cooled, I can enjoy it with some crackers or a slice of bread, and that's how this delicious dessert is ready. Thank you all for joining me today. I hope to see you again soon.
