Paul + Zhy in Boracay

Life is not meant to live in one place.

Paul and Zhyriel decided to tag us along on their very first travel out of town. It was a blessing to be given a rare chance to visit the newly rehabilitated Boracay Island with free accommodation and a lot of other discounts on food and transportation that's why we grabbed that opportunity right away.

With Boracay being cleaner and safer now, it was a pretty different experience than our travel a few years ago. This time, the establishments are already 30 meters away from the shoreline, there are no more drinks or food allowed at the shore and most importantly, there are no more fire dancing or partying there, all these caused the environmental issues before so it was great to be able to walk barefoot on the shoreline even at night.

Anyway, allow me to share some of the images we took of the couple while on this beautiful island.

The first day was all about the sunset. It was not that super stunning due to a low pressure on its way to the island. Still, the skies were gorgeous and what's most important was the truth that they were in each other's arms.

The iconic boats of Boracay have to be part of the pictorial of course. There were a lot of tourists around the area and it was a little challenging to take them out of frame during the actual day but, Photoshop got our back.

On the second day, we spent the entire day at the beach. In fact, we were really early as we want to take nice portraits without photobombers but there were still others who were earlier than us.

Anyway, we believe these shots were already okay.

That afternoon was a little windy and it rained too so we had no choice but to keep ourselves dry by staying inside our hotel, it was a true vacation indeed!

We found Kuya J's restaurant's wall set up cute so we decided to take a few snaps while waiting for our orders to be served. It was quick and fun.
