
What is Migraine?
Migraine is a primary headache disorder characterized by recurrent headaches which can be moderate to intense. The pain is normally made worse by physical activity. As much as one third of individuals have an atmosphere: commonly a short period of visual disturbance which signals that the headache will shortly happen. Sometimes, an air can occur with little or no head ache following it.
Migraines are believed to be due to a mix of genetic and external factors. About two-thirds of instances run in families. Changing hormone levels may also play a part, as migraines affect slightly more boys. The danger of migraines generally falls during pregnancy. The underlying mechanisms are not completely known. It is, nonetheless, considered to involve blood vessels and the nerves of the brain
