DGD being delisted from bittrex

On January 12th, Bittrex is going to delist DGD token from their trading platform.
I could not find any news about this yet - wether on the Bittrex site or twitter, nor on the DGD site https://digix.global/.

So far I can only guess, that this is because DGD is considered to be a security.
As they put it on their site:
'Claim quarterly rewards based on the total DGX collected through transaction fees'

If this is the case for bittrex - what are other exchanges gonna do?
I took a look at CMC to check out some alternatives:

Highest volume is on Binance, but I dont have an account there and dont really want do make one there - or am I ignorant here and Binance is a decent exchange?

So, I just wanted to write about this, as I am interested in other people's opinion.
What do DGD holders do, now? Do you sell your DGD or hold and move on to another exchange?
