Farewell 2025!
Greetings, everyone, and Happy New Year!
I hope the year ahead brings each of us balance, clarity, and wisdom.
Today felt like the right moment to look back at my Hive activity over the past year. Thanks to @hivecreatorsday, it was easy to put everything into perspective. Many thanks for making this possible.
Reviewing my Hive Recap, I was reminded of the strong enthusiasm I had at the beginning of 2025. Unfortunately, I was not able to maintain that level of focus throughout the year, and I often failed to keep my promise of checking in with the community on a daily basis.
During the second half of the year, I took the time to dive deeper into the Hive ecosystem. What stood out to me was how much a self-organized community has been able to build and sustain. I have also heard voices expressing frustration, some around recent technical developments and others around the current exchange rate. Even so, I remain optimistic about the future, which is why I continued to increase my stake in Hive over the year.
While my earnings from posting and curation were modest, I still managed to power up more than 5,000 HP over the course of the year. I will share more details and numbers in a separate post, where I plan to outline my personal objectives as well.
Until then, I wish you all a great start to the year and plenty of enjoyment along the way.
