1. Request amount.
e.g. Location : 0.1 ~ 4 SBD, ±215%

| Max ~ | current rate - 5% | 5 SBD * 210% = $10.5 |
2. Multiple requests.
- Reduced by 2% if multiple requests are made within 12 hours.

| 2018.06.05T08:00:00 (after 1h) | current rate - 2% | 4 SBD * 213% = $8.52 |

| 2018.06.05T23:00:00 (after 14h) | follow current rate | 4 SBD * 215% = $8.6 |
