Chocolate Salami
The Soviet Union must have sufficient resources during times of shortage of food and there is no thought at all to throw away food. Therefore there are many recipes that are regarded as a way to utilize leftover food and other basic materials. Chocolate salami is one of my favorite recipes at that time.
This dessert is made from crushed milk biscuits and roasted walnuts mixed with chocolate sauce made from chocolate, milk, butter and sugar. Then will be put in the freezer bag, rolled and then put in the fridge overnight before it can finally be enjoyed.
