My Actifit Report Card: November 7 2021

June '21 marked 1 year since I started my recent desk job (before that I was working in a warehouse, always on the move...). End of November '21 will mark 1 year since I tested positive for Covid-19. This and a couple of other things I guess contributed to me being out of shape - before I was hiking quite a lot, 2000+ m mountains, no problem. Now.. even this evening stroll was tiring.. hahh. I have to do sth about it. How about you? Anyone out there with a similar story - long covid-wise?
