Bitcoin Versus Ethereum
Bitcoin is a currency while Ethereum has its currency also it is a platform that allows ICO, dpps etc. Both have some similarity in terms of currency. But here I will talk about how Ethereum is better than Bitcoin. But please keep in mind, I am not saying Ethereum is better than Bitcoin. I am just comparing some facts between Ethereum and Bitcoin.
- Ethereum power consumption is lower than bitcoin.
- The transaction fees for Ethereum is lower than Bitcoin.
- Total supply of Ethereum is limited but Bitcoin supply is limited.
- Programming language used for Ethereum is rich.
- BTC transaction takes more than 10 minutes where Ethereum transaction takes not more than second.
Bitcoin market dominance is more than 50% where Ethereum is the second in the list. Both have some similarities. We will talk about those later.
