Feature Update

Admin role can delete pending games which are older than 30 days

• This feature enable admin role to manage legacy pending games in the 'Stale Pending Game' list.
• As many games are not align to the approval rules, and 'died' in the pending list.
• To avoid waste of space, we give admin role the ability to delete these 'died' games.
