The installation process is same as usually we follow in other Software. Downloading the software into the system and then running the software with license agreement and default folder saving.

Usage of TeamViewer

As briefed above, Teamviewer is used to access any PC remotelly. It is must to have Teamviewer software installed in both the PC and with same version. To get the complete access, user needs to follow below steps.

Step 1 : Double click on the TeamViewer setup as showing on the desktop (above image). On double clicking, the following window pop up. The software never ask for Admin rights.

Step 2 : For using the TeamViewer, we need to click on the below option (as marked on the images) for personal access and click on the Accep Run.

Step 3 : On running the window, the software will pop up your user id and password. In case you want to share you screen with others you can use the given identity with other user.

Step 4 : For accessing other user PC we need there User Id . Enter the ID as mentioned on the below images.

Step 5 : On entering the User Id of other PC, the software ask for the Password of other user PC. The password is same as shown in Step 3 as appearing in your Id

Step 6 : After entering the user password, the software ask for the option to continue the access with unmute option, we always choose "No"

Step 7 : The next step we will be viewing the other PC Desktop as shown in the below images. The session of the PC sharing can be disconected through the TeamViewer option on the extreme right corner or through closing the window, from right top cross button.
