Throwback to the good old days!

Last week while attending a marriage function I noticed that the older generation in the community were more active than the younger ones. The older generation most of them were uncle to me were busy in carrying out the different task. From cooking to making arrangement to serving the foods. The younger generation were quite reluctant in carrying out any of those task. They were shy and consider those task to hamper their reputation. While some of the kids were occupied with the mobile and shown little respect towards the elder generation who were busy with different task. I believe the older generation were far more active and agile than the younger. They have seen all the aspect of life and prepared themselves accordingly. This is why I always consider that my parents and their counterparts were of a different species infact they do not belong from this sphere.

The current era is always considered to be one of the best of all time. However, whether we are living in the "best era" is a subjective and highly debated topic. Modern life features unparalleled comfort, including access to instant global communication, artificial intelligence, and incredible, convenient transportation. Humans are living longer, healthier lives than at any point in history, with advancements in medicine and health care. However, what considered to be "best" era also comes with unique, intense challenges. We are reeling with unprecedented climate change, digital noise, economic inequality and many other things that make it feel overwhelming to many who live in it. Despite material prosperity, many feel a decline in happiness, with high rates of mental health issues, obesity, and "false efficiency" caused by social media and over consumption.

Timeless tunes, endless memories.

I always consider my parents lived in a better era then we are into. Though they do not have much privilege to enjoy the technological advancement in easing out their job. But the way they advanced in their life through struggle and different practical life experience make them on of the best time. Those were not the convenient time of all. Talking about my family, they have dealt with many problems. From farming to shelter to studying. Those were not the prosperous time for anyone. Even if any of the todays kids were asked to live a day in those condition, they will consider it more challenging and might give up. However our parents happily went through those era to achieve success in life. They never had the comfort in life, but they ensure to provide all possible comfort to their generation to come. They lived in an era where humanity existed. People had respect for each other. Unlike today where the people are getting more selfish and mean. Those era were they get to enjoy some fresh natural air than polluted air of today. They enjoy home grown foods and never rely on fast food. But our era is more indulge into fast food and online food order.

Not the same as yesterday

There are many points that could differentiate the different era. But what I learnt is that irrespective of all hardship they become a real human being and gentleman. They know how to deal and tackle every situation in life. While our generation is more into comfort mode who is not ready to face the Hardship and wants everything to be done by click of the finger tip. We are not getting ourself into eight direction. Just because we are dependent on technology. We are not ready to get practical life lesson. I believe we are missing a lot of things in pursuit of development.
