New puzzle - 2 in 1!

Hey there!
Today's post actually has two positions from the same game. It was a 10 minute game, and my opponent chose the King's Gambit. I was honestly struggling for the better part of the game, but I managed to snatch a piece for three pawns and stabilize.
Then I reached the first position, in which I have a move that clearly gives me a decisive advantage. Although I didn't find the move in the game, I pursued an alternative that got me a winning position nonetheless.
That's how I got to the second position I'm showing. The white rook just moved from e7 to h7, defending a mate in 1, but I still have mate in 3... and this one I found in the game!
Can you solve both positions?

En el post de hoy les traigo dos posiciones de la misma partida. Fue una partida de 10 minutos, y mi oponente eligió el Gambito de Rey. Tuve problemas gran parte de la partida, pero pude capturar una pieza por tres peones y estabilizar.
Así alcancé la primera posición, en la que tengo una jugada que me da una ventaja decisiva. A pesar de que no pude encontrar esa jugada, encontré una alternativa que terminó llevándome a una victoria rápida.
Así llegué a la segunda posición del post. La torre blanca acaba de moverse de e7 a h7, defendiendo una amenaza de mate, pero tengo un mate en 3... y lo encontré en la partida!
Pueden resolver las dos posiciones?
