Vegan soup
Vegan soup
Two carrots 🥕
Two lg potatoes 🥔
One large celery rib
One large onion
Two large garlic cloves
Two handful of Brussels
Parsley tbsp
2 bay
Dumpling
5tbsp flour
Salt pepper
Oil tbsp
1/2 cup water mix let sit while you chop your veg
Add onion, garlic and celery in coconut oil for a few min add 6 cup stock, potato Brussels cover cook for ten
Now drop your dumplings in the boiling soup cover cook for ten
All done yummy
