Refriedbeans vegetarian quick lunch
Making for one use half
Can of refried beans
One jalapeño pepper
Grated Cheddar cheese
Two large ancient grain flatbread’s
Coconut oil
Half an avocado, lemon juice, salt, pepper
Please coconut oil in frying pan. Add all ingredients into the flat bread, place the top flat bread on top of all your ingredients. Heat on medium, cook until flat bread is crispy
Remember to flip
In the meantime chop up your
avocado,
have a lemon,
add your salt and pepper.
Combined
All done easy quick lunch or light dinner
