REST WELL, Jhea!

Hello guys, it's me again, Jenie. I have been so busy for the past 3 weeks because of the paper tasks at work because of the upcoming May 12, 2025, Local and national elections.. That is why I don't have a blog for the past 3 weeks, but thank God I have 3-hour break today, and I am going to use this time to share my trip to Dumanjug Cebu yesterday to visit a funeral for our former colleague in Alantantic Hardware back when I was a cashier.

During my time at Atlantic Hardware, Jhea Gutang was the one to replace me because I had once filed a resignation. For the reason of, No one could take good care of my son Jepoy.

We have that on Sunday, March 22, we will go to Dumanjug. Some of our former colleagues filed for leave from their work. The ride is already arranged, and so are those who are going too. The contribution to gas is all fixed. I am waiting for them in front of the school of pap while the weather is also in sync with our plans.

Since we were early, we stopped in Carcar for breakfast. It took us three hours for the whole trip, and we finally arrived in Dumanjug. Our friend’s live-in partner welcomed us at the church of Dumanjug, and then we proceeded to their house.

When we arrived at their home., I felt so sad for her son.. The child was so young, he was only 5 years old.

This experience made me reflect deeply. Life here on Earth is just a loan; nothing is permanent. We must appreciate our moments because we never know how long we’ll be here. We must enjoy every second and cherish what we have, as life can be unpredictable. Seeing this young child’s situation really made me realize that we should not take our lives for granted and should be thankful for every blessing we have, no matter how big or small. This is all for this blog guys. Thank you. God bless.
