The effects of Incivility on learning
This trait has become a major problem in learning process and it started at the grassroot level which is high school.

Well I was given an opportunity to carry out a project on the effect of incivility on college students and came to a conclusion that 90% of student unseriousness happens in government owned schools.

I was posted to a government community secondary school in Nasarawa state and during my time there I saw alot of students who where unwilling to take education serious due to free education the government setup for the state. So failing is always an option since they are till going to be promoted to the next class, instead of instilling discipline in them.
Most time teachers are also to blame because when they refuse to take their lesson curriculum serious we can't expect anything less from the kids who they are teaching, attitude like that is taken to college just like that they become nausiance to the community and the institutions.

Learning situation are most natural and common trait in life and everyone is learning one thing or the other. Although he/she may not be aware of it.
As human beings, we start learning immediately after our birth. Learning is the acquisition of new behaviour or the strengthening or weakening of old behaviour as a result of experience.
