Notice to Shareholders: Cryptonomex Closing
NOTICE:
At our 2022 Shareholders meeting I was given the option to shut down Cryptonomex when the time was right. This June I turn 70 and it’s time to retire, close the company, pay off its debts, and distribute any remaining assets to our shareholders.
To do that we need updated contact information from all shareholders.
Please send your best mailing address, email, phone number and social security number to stan@cryptonomex.com, by March 31, 2024.
Assets will be divided by shares held by all shareholders who have responded to this notice by then.
Please call this to the attention of any other Cryptonomex shareholders you have kept track of.
