Comparing months of activities with/without gamification - ENG/BR

In this post I told you that I started the new year with some personal and professional goals, and I looked for some ways to take it seriously. Today I would like to share some (still recent) results of how this has affected my physical behavior compared to last year, one of the years when I was more sedentary.

Creating a habit of getting a little exercise every day is still in progress, but I think when I compare it to last year, I'm glad I made the effort to create a healthy habit.

Nesse post contei que comecei o ano novo com algumas metas pessoais e profissionais, e busquei algumas formas de levar isso a sério. Hoje gostaria de compartilhar alguns resultados (ainda recentes) de como isso afetou o meu comportamento físico em comparação com o ano passado, um dos anos em que fui mais sedentário.

A criação do hábito de fazer um pouco de exercício todo dia ainda está em andamento, mas acredito que quando comparo com o ano passado, fico feliz que tive um certo esforço para criar um hábito saudável.
