Blast from the past - WRC Rally Australia 1992

Today we go into the past, more then thirty years ago, when group A was the top group in rallying, five years before WRC class introduction.

Rally cars looked just like any car on the road (production model) and fans who liked their rally model could buy a similar car for the road manufactured, of course.

Season 1992 brought Championship title to Toyota and that was just because Lancia didn't contest every round of the Championship.

Today we go into the Rally Australia 1992, event where Carlos Sainz sr had really nasty accident, and the rest is history.
