BitShares UI release candidate - 190410

Dear BitShares community,

the latest BitShares UI release candidate has been published (Version 2.0.190410-rc1) and staged onto

Release notes for this candidate as well as binaries for a local install can be found at

Among other bugfixes are:

• Exchange offers scaled and limit orders!
• Spotlight Direct Debit Authorization: You can now set-up an authorization for another account to allow it to collect limited funds from your account on a regular basis
