High Point of (the end of) the Airshow
One of the old work horses of war time gone by...
This was a great day and I wanted to share this video - to be used in an upcoming post - with all of you.
I am an airplane pilot usually renting and bopping around in a two-seater on the weekends. So of course, I migrate to any airshow that might be in town.
Day before yesterday, there was one in Lujan at the General Rodriquez airport, which is a little grass strip surrounded by hangars. I give you a non-airplane tour of the show, then take you to the machine I most wanted to see fly today.
There are not many around and even fewer flying - even more unlikely to catch one if you live at the bottom of the world. But Argentina has one and they still use it.
