Happy Mid Week everyone! Here's one noodle restaurant that i have been that serves really authenthic noodles with their own UNIQUE touch!

of Udon and pasta noodle , topped with ultra tender beef cubes , Sauerkraut , hard boiled egg,โฃ
coriander & red chilli ..โฃ

Waat got my hungree spike spiking was the umami broth ,โฃ
an epic combination of flavors ranging from Zesty sourness & saltiness from the Sauerkraut ,โฃ
followed by cravy beefyness & the flaming spice aftertaste! (SGD $8.80) ( USD $6.30) (Halal too)โฃ

Love the chewy & springy noodle texture combined with the beefy .. radishy broth followed by a hint of saltiness..
