Pokemon Drawing: Creating Mewtwo
Pokemon is a very famous game created by Nintendo and Game freak, then TV Tokyo made an animated adaptation of the game, which was first aired in Japan in the year 1997, and a year after in United States of America. It is actually about a 10 year old boy who's going to start his journey as a pokemon trainer. The series is still actually on going until the present day, but of course nothing can beat the original series of pokemon.
Now, I am going to show you my favorite pokemon of the 1st generation.
Mewtwo, a legendary pokemon made by humans. The first pokemon known as a clone. It comes from the gene of the infamous mew, the pokemon who holds the genes of every pokemon. Mewtwo first appeared in pokemon's first movie, it's the antagonist of the whole film, but suddenly experienced metanoia as he encountered our hero.
Mewtwo again reappeared in one of the latest movie franchise, which he already became a guardian for the pokemons. He's actually my personal favorite, because of his personality and strong abilities. Now I am going to show you a tutorial on how I did mewtwo.
.
Materials Needed: Blank Sheet, Faber-Castell classic colour pencil, 0.5 point Sign pen, pencil, Staedtler eraser. Include excitement and love.
Create an outline as close as possible to mewtwo, make your strokes lighter, cause we're going to erase that later.
Using a darker shade of pencil. create the totality of mewtwo's body, don't make details yet.
Make the eyes and other details of the drawing.
Ink the upper part of the drawing.
Shade the folds and those areas where our light can't reach it.
Using Faber-Castell Classic Colour #396, fill the remaining areas. make sure you don't miss a spot.
Ink the lower area.
Divide the thighs into three parts: unshaded-color pencil #396; semi-shaded-lighter shade pencil; shaded-darker shade pencil
Using the Faber-Castell Classic Colour #337 fill the shadowed part of the stomach and tail to show as the shaded part.
Using the Faber-Castell Classic Colour #334 fill the un colored parts.
Draw the outline of the legs and feet using a pencil.
Ink, shade, and color the legs and the feet. Follow the steps above.
That would be all, and thank you!
