Why we have to be use Current protected plug?

Hello Friends, you may be wondering why I showed you this plug now. When I pressed my computer's power button last night, there was a sound. When I checked it, I saw that psu was burning.

I opened the computer case and took out the psu. And I saw the glass fuse in it exploded.

When I investigated the reason for this, I found that it was caused by high or low current. Finally, you should use a plug that controls the current, such as this plug. Or you will get psu again like me. XD

I wanna buy this Psu. Please can you share your ideas?
