Ultranote (XUN) is now one of the most profitable coins to mine using just your CPU and/or GPU
I have a Rysen 2700x and a Geforce Nivida 1080 GTX and a spare laptop mining away to give me 4KH/s mining this coin. This gives me a decent profit per day.
