Splinterlands Art Contest Week 206 - CHARLOK MINOTAUR - (Heavy Metal Bass Version) by @soungo

Greetings to all the great community of #AlienArtHive 👽 in this opportunity I want to present my illustration of the Charlok Minotaur for @splinterlands Art Contest Week 206. In this version created by me the minotaur holds and plays an axe-shaped bass... this character seemed to me suitable to make this intervention in my style.

Saludos a toda la gran comunidad de #AlienArtHive 👽 en esta oportunidad quiero presentar mi ilustración del Charlok Minotaur para @splinterlands Art Contest Week 206. En esta versión creada por mi el minotauro sostiene y toca un bajo con forma de hacha.. este personaje me pareció adecuado para hacer esta interviención a mi estilo.

In the first phase of my illustration these were the materials I used, school colors, markers and a sketch pencil.

En la primera fase de mi ilustración estos fueron los materiales que utilicé, colores escolares, marcadores y un lapiz de bocetos.

CHARLOK MINOTAUR

This is the character I wanted to illustrate but giving it a personal touch by turning his axe into a metal bass and drawing the minotaur as if he were playing it.

Este es el personaje que quise ilustrar, CHARLOK MINOTAUR pero dándole un toque personal al convertir su hacha en un bajo de metal y dibujar al minotauro como si lo estuviera tocando.

First draw the minotaur's head and face

Then I went on to sketch the body, all this I did using my sketch pencil which is very comfortable to draw quickly.

Luego pase a hacer el boceto del cuerpo, todo esto lo hice utilizando mi lapiz de bocetos que es muy cómodo para dibujar de manera rápida.

Once I finished sketching, I painted the character starting this time from the left arm of the minotaur.

Al haber terminado de bibujar pasé a pintar el personaje comenzando esta vez desde el brazo izquierdo del minotauro.

I continued painting the body and left for the end the bass and the hands that are always for me the most difficult to achieve.

Seguí pintando el cuerpor y dejé para el final el bajo y las manos que son siempre para mi las masdificiles de lograr.

This is what the illustration looked like after scanning it to be able to pay for the second phase of adding some details digitally, such as some lighting and the background.

Así quedó la ilustración luego de escanearla para poder pagar a la segunda fase de agregar algunos detalles de forma digital como algunas iluminaciones y el fondo.

Here I switched to #photoshop to remove the white background, add an exterior glow and edit the color of my illustration a bit to make it look more intense.

Acá pasé al #photoshop para quitar el fondo blanco, agregar un resplandor exterior y editar un poco el color de mi ilustración para hacerlo ver más intenso.

Then, I passed my illustration to ArtRage 6 to give it some shadows and lighting effects as well as to paint the background of my illustration and get the final result.
